Who we are
We are husband and wife, with a few kids. We both are also seasoned real estate professionals, with proven track records in project development and investment management, within leading firms.

H24 is our family’s private real estate investment platform. It includes H24 Management SàRl in Luxembourg and H24 Ventures GmbH in Germany.
What we do
H24 aims at capturing and fostering long-term value for our future generations, by acquiring, restoring and expanding residential properties in prime locations.

Besides financial returns, we also aim at creating happy places, designed with flair and filled with good vibes.

As a complement to its buy-to-hold activities, H24 occasionally invests into development schemes and project partnerships.​​
Our portfolio
H24 manages a portfolio of residential assets located in cities that we know the best and love the most.
Most properties have historic value, being listed buildings and/or belonging to protected areas.
With the sole exception of the ones undergoing works, all units currently are occupied.
